Summary

Professor Dr. Osama Abbas Jaber Al-Saadi is a Consultant Psychiatrist and the Director of the Al-SUbtayn (PBUT) Institution for Psychiatry, Autism, and Community Rehabilitation, which is affiliated with the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussain. He serves as the Chairman of the Scientific Council for the Autism Fellowship at the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Al-Saadi completed advanced specialized training in psychiatry through the Iraqi Council for Medical Specializations and is an active member of numerous committees within the Ministry of Health. He is the former director of the National Drug Control Program at the Ministry of Health and has served as a consultant for the World Health Organization (WHO) specializing in substance abuse and addiction. Additionally, he has served as a supervisor for board student training centers and has attended various national and international conferences and training courses.
